Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use govern your use of ajayyabharathy.com (the “Site”), operated by the Ajayyabharathy Foundation (“the Foundation”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Foundation is an independent institution of thought leadership, policy advisory and research. The essays, analyses, podcasts and other material on the Site (the “Content”) are published to inform public discussion.

• Not professional advice. The Content is not legal, financial, investment, tax, medical or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.
• Views of authors. Articles reflect the views of their named authors and do not necessarily represent the formal position of the Foundation, unless stated.
• Accuracy. We work to keep the Content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Figures cited come from the sources referenced and may change.
• Programmes and roadmaps. Descriptions of programmes, roadmaps and initiatives, including India Future Labs and its milestones, describe our plans and intentions. They may change and are not guarantees.

Unless otherwise stated, the Content and the Foundation's name, logo and visual identity belong to or are licensed to the Foundation and are protected by law.

You may:

• read, download and print Content for personal, non-commercial use;
• quote short extracts for research, teaching, review or news reporting, with clear attribution to the Foundation and the author and a link to the source page.

You may not, without our written permission:

• republish, sell or commercially use the Content;
• reproduce substantial parts of it elsewhere;
• use the Foundation's name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation;
• alter the Content or remove any attribution.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• introduce harmful code or interfere with the Site's operation;
• scrape or harvest the Content or personal data at scale, other than ordinary search-engine indexing;
• submit false or impersonating information through any form.

If you send us material through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Personal data in submissions is handled under our Privacy Policy. Unsolicited ideas or proposals are received without any obligation on the Foundation to use, credit or respond to them.

Programmes such as membership, fellowships and events, where offered, are subject to their own terms, provided when you apply or register. Where a programme is marked “opening soon”, no applications are being accepted and no commitment has been made.

The Site links to external websites and platforms, including YouTube and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

The Site and its Content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its Content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update the Site, its Content or these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
